摘要
高端数控机床被誉为制造领域的“工作母机”,是我国制造业发展的重要方向。针对直升机结构零件多品种、小批量、精度要求高和结构复杂等特点,基于国产高端数控设备,构建直升机结构件数字化柔性生产线。通过生产线布局自主设计、工艺优化以及系统自主开发等方式,建设的数字化柔性生产线含生产线智能管控系统和调度管控系统、物流系统、仓储及智能制造执行等系统,支持1000余种零件柔性加工,产品一次合格率达100%。经过3年多的应用,生产线运行稳定,设备利用率达到85%以上,产品平均制造周期缩短60%以上,生产效率提高38.7%。实现了直升机结构件多品种小批量数字化柔性制造,大幅提升航空零件制造水平,并为国产数控机床提供应用验证环境,对发展航空装备、支撑国产高端数控机床的研发具有重要意义。
High-end CNC machine tool is hailed as the"industrial mother machine"in the manufacturing field,and is a key point in the development of Chinese manufacturing industry.Helicopter structural parts are typical multi-variety and small batch products,featuring high precision and complex structure.Based on the domestic high-end CNC equipment,a digital flexible production line for helicopter structural parts was constructed.Through methods such as independent design of production line layout,process optimization,and independent system development,issues such as the compatibility of domestic numerical control systems with intelligent management and control systems,the adaptability of equipment systems with robot loading and unloading systems,and the stability of the domestically developed five-axis machining centers were resolved.This flexible production line was equipped with intelligent production line control,logistics systems,warehousing and intelligent manufacturing execution systems,etc.It supports the flexible processing of over 1000 types of parts,and the first-time product qualification rate reaches 100%.After more than three years of application,the production line has been operating stably,the equipment utilization rate has reached over 85%,the average manufacturing cycle of products has been shortened by more than 60%,and the production efficiency has increased by 38.7%.Multi-variety and small-batch digital flexible manufacturing of helicopter structural parts are realized,which can greatly enhance the manufacturing level of aviation parts and provide an application and verification environment for domestic CNC machine tools.It is of great significance for developing aviation equipment and supporting the research and development of domestic high-end CNC machine tools.
