摘要
目前,我国净化槽组装自动化程度不高,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低下。为解决上述问题,设计了柔性化生产线,并详细介绍了净化槽组装线工艺流程及其构成,最后在此基础上,编制了生产线控制方案。
At present, the degree of automation of septic tank assembly in China is not high, workers are labor intensive and production efficiency is low. In order to solve the above problems,a flexible production line was designed, and the process flow and composition of the purification tank assembly line were introduced in detail. Finally, on this basis, the production line control plan was prepared.
