摘要
基于对加工中心典型用户的相关切削数据的调研和收集,通过分析与处理构建其分布特性的模型,并进一步对加工中心铣削、钻削、镗削等典型加工工艺的特性进行了分析与研究,建立了加工中心综合功率载荷图谱和转速载荷图谱,确立了加工中心可靠性加速试验所采用的载荷图谱,为开展加工中心可靠性加速测定的仿真试验提供科学的依据。
According to the relating cutting data that we had got together from typical customers of machining center, this paper has set up the integration loading chart for power and rotate speed of machining center, which bases on the milling data that had been studied and analyzed on each milling, touring and boring process arts and crafts. And this paper has buih the loading chart for accelerate reliability testing of machining center. In addition, it has provided the scientific warrants to carry on simulation accelerate reliability test to machining center.
