摘要
在大量调研和采集资料的基础上,对近百台数控车床的载荷与循环次数进行了分析与研究。采用多元回归分析方法建立了载荷的分布模型,并提出了用综合拟合度来评价拟合精确度的方法,使数控车床载荷谱的数学模型更加精确和可靠,为数控车床实现可靠性设计提供依据。
On the basis of the large scale investigation and accumulation of data ,the load and the number of cycles of CNC lathe are analyzed. The distribution model of load spectrum is built by means of multiple regression method. In order to make the model of load spectrum precise and reliable, the synthesis percentage of goodness of fit is employed to evaluate the goodness of fit. This provides a foundation for reliability design of CNC lathe.
