摘要
大学生就业工作是涉及教育、经济、社会等多个层面的系统工程。本文从系统匹配角度,构建中国大学生就业生态匹配理论,将大学生就业工作解构为由高校、用人单位、政府、劳动力市场、就业服务机构等多元主体构成的就业生态系统,并依据其潜在嵌套结构划分为微观系统、中间系统、外部系统、宏观系统四个子系统。结合管理学、经济学的匹配理论思想,立足数智时代大学生等青年群体就业场景与就业模式新特点,提出促进大学生高质量充分就业作用的四种机制:人才培养与经济社会发展的供需匹配、就业服务与市场供需双方的精准匹配、经济社会发展与就业促进的协调联动、就业保障与就业工作全局的多维适配。
College student employment is a systematic project involving multiple dimensions such as education,economy,and society.From a systematic perspective,this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the employment ecosystem of Chinese college students,deconstructing employment work into an employment ecosystem composed of key actors:colleges and universities,employers,governments,labor markets,and employment service agencies.According to its potential nested structure,the ecosystem is divided into four subsystems:the micro-system,meso-system,external system,and macro-system.Drawing on the matching theory from management and economics,this paper proposes four mechanisms to promote high-quality and full employment for college students based on the new characteristics of employment scenarios and employment patterns for youth groups such as college students in the digital intelligence era:the supply-demand adaptation between talent cultivation and economic-social development,the precise matching between employment services and both supply-demand sides of the market,the coordinated linkage between economic-social development and employment promotion,and the multi-dimensional adaptation between employment security and the overall employment landscape.
