摘要
“就业能力”概念是根据大学生就业竞争市场提出来的 ,大学生的就业能力不再单纯指某一项技能、能力 ,而是学生多种能力的集合 ,是学习和综合素质的开发而获得的能够实现就业理想、满足社会需求、在社会生活中实现自身价值的本领。这一概念的提出 ,正体现了当前社会求才、大学生个人成才、高校育才多方面的特点和需要。这一概念有其充分的生存依据和发展空间 ,有其明确的目的和意义。
The concept of 'employment ability' was advanced against a competitive market for college students' employment. The employment ability for college students is no longer simply referring to one special technique or power, but a group of varying abilities. It connotes such a potential that can accomplish one's employment goal, satisfy the requirements of a society, realize one's self value in the social life. This ability is obtained by means of developing one's study and comprehensive quality. Advancement of such a concept has kept pace with quite a few requirements for talent: social needs for talent, students' personal desire to becoming a talent, college's cultivation of talent among other things. This concept has its ground of existence, developing space, and clear target and meaning.
