摘要
基于2014—2022年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)微观数据,构造多维度就业质量指标体系,系统考察服务业智能化对个体就业质量的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现,服务业智能化显著提升个体就业质量,表现为提升收入水平、增强工作满意度、改善教育—工作匹配状况等。从广度和深度来看,服务业智能化通过激发创业意愿、创业行为及推动工作方式智能化转型,助力个体就业质量提高。在个体层面,青年、男性与农村户籍从业者在服务业智能化转型中受益程度更高;在行业层面,消费性与社会性服务业智能化发展对就业质量的提升作用更为明显。
Using microdata from the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)from 2014 to 2022,this study constructed a multidimensional job quality index to systematically examine the impact of service sector automation on individual employment quality and its underlying mechanisms.The results indicated that intelligent development in the service sector significantly enhanced job quality,reflected in higher incomes,greater job satisfaction,and improved education-job matching.From both extensive and intensive perspectives,the intellectualization of the service sector enhanced individual job quality by stimulating entrepreneurial intentions,fostering entrepreneurial activities,and promoting intelligent transformation of work modes.At the individual level,youth,male,and rural hukou workers benefited more from this shift.At the industry level,consumer-oriented and social services exhibited more pronounced effects in improving job quality through their intellectualization development.
