摘要
以协同论为理论框架,构建了高职院校教学创新团队建设的“三层次-四维度”整合模型,通过解析宏观政策生态、中观校企协作、微观团队运行的三层次纵向协同机制,结合目标、资源、制度、文化四维度的横向协同网络,提出系统性建设标准。研究结果为高职院校教学团队的科学化、标准化建设提供了理论依据与实践框架,对深化产教融合、提升技术技能人才培养质量具有重要价值。
Guided by Synergy Theory,this study constructs a"Three-Level-Four-Dimension"integrated model for the development of teaching innovation teams in higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the vertical synergy mechanisms across macro-level policy ecology,meso-level school-enterprise collaboration,and micro-level team operations,combined with a horizontal synergy network encompassing four dimensions-goal orientation,resource allocation,institutional guarantee,and cultural cultivation-the research proposes systematic construction standards.The findings provide theoretical foundations and practical frameworks for the scientific and standardized development of teaching teams in higher vocational education.This study holds significant value for deepening industry-education integration and enhancing the quality of technical skilled talent cultivation.
