摘要
创新团队建设是加强科技创新与产业创新融合,实现产品和技术迭代的重要途径之一。引入知识共创与关系纽带韧性为中介变量和调节变量,深入探究多元主体联合创新团队融通创新对迭代创新绩效的影响机制。基于436份企业样本数据,利用结构方程模型、Bootstrap和层级回归方法进行实证分析。结果显示:多元主体联合创新团队融通创新中,企业技术创新、政府政策驱动、平台服务创新和公众需求拉动均正向影响企业迭代创新绩效,而学研机构知识创新对企业迭代创新绩效的影响作用不显著;知识共创部分中介企业技术创新和政府政策驱动两个维度对企业迭代创新绩效的正向影响,知识共创完全中介学研机构知识创新对企业迭代创新绩效的正向影响;关系纽带韧性正向调节企业技术创新、学研机构知识创新对知识共创的影响。研究结论有助于明晰多元主体联合创新团队融通创新对迭代创新绩效的影响机制,增强主体间知识共创能力,推动企业迭代创新速度可持续性稳步提升。
Innovation team building is one of the important ways to strengthen the integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation to realize product and technology iteration.The introduction of knowledge co-creation and relationship bond resilience is an intermediary variable and a regulating variable,and the influencing mechanism of multi-subject joint innovation team integration innovation on iterative innovation performance is deeply explored.Based on 436 enterprise sample data,the structural equation model,Bootstrap and hierarchical regression method are used for empirical analysis.The results show that in the integration and innovation of multi-subject joint innovation teams,enterprise technological innovation,government policy driven,platform service innovation and public demand pull all positively affect the iterative innovation performance of enterprises,while the impact of academic and research institutions on the iterative innovation performance of enterprises is not significant.The two dimensions of enterprise technological innovation and government policy-driven in the integration and innovation of knowledge co-creation are partially mediated,and the positive impact of knowledge co-creation on the iterative innovation performance of enterprises is fully mediated by the knowledge innovation of academic and research institutions.The resilience of relationship ties positively moderates the impact of enterprise technological innovation and knowledge innovation of academic and research institutions on knowledge co-creation in financial innovation.Finally,it is proposed that the diversified joint innovation subject needs to formulate a differentiated implementation plan to improve the performance of iterative innovation,enhance the knowledge co-creation ability,strengthen the resilient relationship,promote the steady improvement of the speed of iterative innovation and the sustainability of iterative innovation.
