摘要
我国中小学教师专业学习共同体教研组制度在组织形式、职能定位与文化生态等方面都具有明显的中国特色。目前,中小学教研组制度不仅形成了比较完善的教师集体备课制度,而且有助于新任教师尽快提升教育教学能力,成为职后教师专业发展的有效途径。在新时期,完善具有中国特色的教师专业学习共同体应着力于构建自主、平等、合作型教师文化,突出教师专业学习共同体本土化建设,创建有效的制度和机制。
The system of teaching and research group of primary and secondary middle schools in China has distinct Chinese characteristics in Organization form, function orientation and culture ecology, etc. At present, the system of teaching and research group of primary and secondary middle schools has not only formed relatively perfect system of collective preparation of instruction, but also is helpful for the new teachers to promote educational teaching ability as early as possible, therefore, the system of teaching and research group has become an efficient path for the in-service teachers to promote their professional development. In the new era, to perfect teacher's professional learning communities with Chinese characteristics, we should construct teacher culture of autonomy, equality and cooperation, highlight the localization construction of teacher professional learning communities, and create effective system and mechanism.
