医学研究生“四维一体”协同育人模式的探索与实践

摘要 以价值引领、科学精神、创新能力、批判性思维为核心要素,构建“四维一体”协同育人模式,构建以医学院校为支撑、研究生导师为主导、医学研究生为主体的教育培养体系。通过内外协同的发展路径,全面提升医学研究生的核心素养,培养高素质复合型医学人才。 To construct a"four-dimensional integration"collaborative education model,and build an education and training system supported by medical colleges,led by graduate supervisors,and dominated by medical postgraduates based on the core elements of value guidance,scientific spirit,innovation ability,and critical thinking.Comprehensively enhance the core competencies of medical postgraduates and cultivate high-quality composite medical talents through the development path of internal and external collaboration.
