摘要
目的编制护理三级质量控制人员核心能力评价问卷,并验证其信度、效度。方法以全面质量管理和持续质量改进理论为基础,采用文献回顾法、小组讨论法、德尔菲专家函询法形成护理三级质量控制人员核心能力评价问卷初稿。采用便利抽样法,初次对245名护士调查进行项目分析和探索性因子分析;再次对320名护士调查进行验证性因子分析。结果护理三级质量控制人员核心能力评价问卷4个维度共26个条目。探索性因子分析产生4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为68.116%。问卷总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.965,分半信度为0.937,重测信度为0.919。验证性因子分析显示拟合度良好(χ^(2)/df=2.927,RMSEA=0.078,CFI=0.935,GFI=0.829,NFI=0.905)。结论基于全面质量管理和持续质量改进理论的护理三级质量控制人员核心能力评价问卷具有良好的信度和效度,适用于测评护理三级质量控制人员的核心能力。
Objective To develop the core competence evaluation questionnaire for tertiary nursing control personnel and to verify its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement,the first draft of the core competence evaluation questionnaire was formed by reviewing relevant domestic and international literatures,group discussions,and the Delphi expert consultation.A total of 245 nurses were investigated for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Another 320 nurses were investigated for confirmatory factor analysis.Results The core competence evaluation questionnaire for tertiary nursing quality control personnel consisted of 4 dimensions and 26 items.Exploratory factor analysis produced 4 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.116%.The total questionnaire Cronbach'sαwas 0.965,the split-half reliability was 0.937,and the retest reliability was 0.919.Validated factor analysis showed a good fit(χ^(2)/df=2.927,RMSEA=0.078,CFI=0.935,GFI=0.829,NFI=0.905).Conclusion The developed core competence evaluation questionnaire for tertiary nursing quality control personnel has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for evaluating their core competence.
