摘要
目的 :用 2— DE测定无症状性冠心病及冠心病伴有心绞痛时心功能情况。方法 :用美国HP SONOS10 0 0多谱勒超声诊断显像仪分别测定两组 SV、CO、CI、SVI、L VEF,测定两组伴有心力衰竭时 SV、CO、CI、SVI、L VEF参数值。结果 :46例无症状组 CO<5 .2 L / min2 0例 (43.5 % ) ,5 0例伴有心绞痛组 CO<5 .2 L / min34例 (6 8.0 % ) ,X2 =5 .85 4,P<0 .0 5。其余各项心功能参数值无显著差异 ,P>0 .0 5 ,46例无症状组并发心力衰竭 6例 (13.0 4% ) ,SV <70 ml/次 2例 (33.3% ) ,CO<5 .2 L / min2例 (33.3% ) ,CI<3.2 L/ min/ m2、SVI<48ml/次 / m2各 4例 (6 6 .6 7% ) ;EF全部 >42 %。心绞痛组发生心力衰竭 18例 (36 % ) :SV<70 m l/次、CO<5 .2 L/ min、CI<3.2 L/ min/ m2、SVI<48ml/次 / m2各 16例(88.89% )、EF<42 % 6例 (33.33% ) P<0 .0 1。结论 :无症状冠心病及冠心病伴有心绞痛时心功能两组除 CO有较显著差异外 ,其余多项心功能参数值损伤情况基本相同 ,冠心病伴有心绞痛时 。
Objective:To measure the heart functions with 2 DE in the non symptom coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:Using Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus to measure the parameter of SV. CO. CI. SVI.LVEF of two groups in yes or no heart failure.Results:20 (43.5%) of 46 cases CO<5.2L/min in the non symptom group.34 (68.0%) of 50 Cases CO<5.2L/min in the angina pectoris group X 2=5.854 P<0.05. the other results of parameter had no significant differences P>0.05 In the non symptom group 6 cases (13.04%) companied by heart failure.SV<70ml/time had 2 Cases (33.3%).CI<3.2L/min/m 2.SVI<48ml/time/m 2 each had 4 cases (66.6%) EF>42% had 46 cases in the angina pectioris group.18 cases (36%) companied by heart failuer;SV<70ml/time,CO<5.2L/min、CI<3.2L/min/m 2、SVI<48ml/time/m 2 each had 16 cases (88.89%).EF<42% had 6 cases (33.3%) P<0.01.Conclusion:CO had significant differences in no symptom coronary heart disease and the CHD with the angina pectoris.the other parameter were roughly same.The heart failuer and the heart functions damage were significant raised for the angina pectoris than the non symptom coronary heart disease.
