摘要
目的探讨双闭环管理模式在手术室管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年4月医院手术室的5类共787件手术器械作为研究对象,按照管理方式不同分组,将2023年4—10月采用单闭环管理模式干预的787件手术器械作为对照组,将2023年11月至2024年4月采用双闭环管理模式干预的787件手术器械作为观察组。比较两组清洁质量、损坏率、手术室效率、器械成本、手术室感染率及不良事件发生率。结果观察组外观及功能性质量评分均高于对照组,整体清洁时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组器械损坏率及维修率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组周转次数高于对照组,手术准备时间及间隔时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组成本均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组手术室感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双闭环管理模式可提高手术器械清洁质量与周转效率,降低器械损坏率、维修率及成本,减少不良事件的发生,提升手术室管理水平。
Objective To explore the application effect of the dual closed-loop management mode in the management of operating rooms.Methods With the selection of 787 surgical instruments from 5 categories in the operating rooms of the hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 as the research subjects,according to different management methods,787 surgical instruments intervened by using the single closed-loop management mode from April to October 2023 were taken as the control group,and 787 surgical instruments intervened by using the double closed-loop management mode from November 2023 to April 2024 were taken as the observation group.The cleaning quality,damage rate,efficiency of the operating room,cost of the equipment,infection rate of the operating room and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The appearance and functional quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the overall cleaning time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The damage and repair rates of the instruments in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The turnover frequency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and both the surgical preparation time and the interval time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The costs in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the infection rate of the operating room between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The dual closed-loop management mode can improve the cleaning quality and turnover efficiency of surgical instruments,reduce the damage rate,maintenance rate and cost of instruments,decrease the occurrence of adverse events,and enhance the management level of the operating room.
