摘要
目的探讨信息化追溯系统的风险预警与干预在达芬奇手术器械处理流程中的应用。方法选取2020年6-12月开展的86台达芬奇机器人手术的手术器械作为对照组,使用未优化追溯系统进行处理;选取2021年1-6月开展的104台达芬奇机器人手术的手术器械作为观察组,运用优化的追溯系统实施风险预警与干预。比较2组的有效验收率、清洗合格率、包条码打印正确率、监测记录合格率、无菌物品发放合格率、急用器械供应时间、急用器械供应合格率。结果干预后,观察组有效验收率、清洗合格率、包条码打印正确率、监测记录合格率均明显优于对照组(χ^(2)=8.008,P=0.005;χ^(2)=8.374,P=0.004;χ^(2)=11.268,P=0.001;χ^(2)=17.986,P<0.001)。2组无菌物品发放合格率均为100%。观察组急用器械供应时间短于对照组(Z=11.857,P<0.001),急用器械供应合格率高于对照组(χ^(2)=11.268,P=0.001)。结论完善信息化追溯系统设置风险预警与干预能有效优化达芬奇手术器械的处理流程,避免环节漏洞,加快手术周转,保障患者安全。
Objective To explore the application of risk warning and intervention based on informationized tracing system in the management of the Da Vinci surgical device.Methods Totally 86 sets of Da Vinci robot surgery devices used in the first half of 2020 were selected into a control group,and managed in the traditional way,while another 104 set used in the second half of 2020 were chosen into an observation group and managed using the risk warning and intervention based on informationized tracing system.The effective checking rate,cleaning pass rate,correct barcode printing rate,monitoring record pass rate,qualified rate of sterile articles,and equipment supply time for urgent use as well as its passing rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the average effective checking rate,cleaning pass rate,correct barcode printing rate and monitoring record pass rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(χ^(2)=8.008,P=0.005;χ^(2)=8.374,P=0.004;χ^(2)=11.268,P=0.001;χ^(2)=17.986,P<0.001).The qualified rate of sterile items distribution of both groups was 100%.The equipment supply time for urgent use of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(Z=11.857,P<0.001),while its passing rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=11.268,P=0.001).Conclusion The new system can effectively optimize the management of Da Vinci surgical device,avoid the link loopholes,accelerate the operation turnover,and ensure the safety of patients.
