摘要
目的:基于多院区一体化信息共享,探讨跨院区消毒供应中心的管理方法,特别是手术器械包的全流程追溯及人员管理,为保障各院区消毒供应中心同质化管理提供实践依据。方法:设计一院多区消毒供应中心共享式信息管理系统,应用于多院区手术器械包的精准调配及科室员工绩效管理。结果:手术器械包调配合格率和手术室及本科室员工满意度均较系统应用前明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在一院多区消毒供应中心使用共享式信息管理系统,可以实现跨院区手术器械包精准调配,极大程度提高手术器械使用周转率,进而满足跨院区间的临床需求。
Objective Based on the shared information management system in multi-campus hospital,this paper aims to explore the management of intercampus central sterile supply department,especially the whole-process tracing and personnel management of surgical instrument package,so as to provide practical basis for ensuring the standardized management of central sterile supply department in different campuses of the hospital.Methods A shared information management system was designed for central sterile supply department in multi-campus hospital,which was applied to the accurate allocation of surgical instrument packages and the performance management of staff.Results The qualification rate of surgical instrument package allocation was significantly improved,as well as the satisfaction of staff,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the shared information management system in the central sterile supply department of multi-campus hospital can achieve accurate allocation for surgical instrument packages across hospital campuses,and greatly improve its turnover,so as to satisfy the clinical needs of intercampus hospitals.
