摘要
应用超高效液相色谱法建立经典藏药六味丁香片的UPLC特征图谱,为进一步提高其质量标准提供科学依据。本研究利用CORTECS UPLC T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm)及中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统对16批六味丁香片UPLC特征图谱进行分析。研究结果表明:共确定了9个特征峰,并指认出其中6个;16批六味丁香片特征图谱相似度计算结果为0.979~1.000,专属性、整体性、耐用性良好;精密度、重复性和稳定性试验中共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积RSD值均<3.0%。本研究发现该方法简便、准确、重现性好,为六味丁香片全质量控制提供了科学依据。
The UPLC characteristic chromatogram of the classic Tibetan medicine Liuwei dingxiang tablets was established by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography,which provided a scientific basis for further improving its quality standards.The 16 batches of six-flavor clove tablets were analyzed by CORTECS UPLC T3 chromatographic column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm)and the similarity evaluation system of Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint spectrum.The results showed that 9 characteristic peaks were identified and 6 of them were identified.The similarity of 16 batches of Liuwei dingxiang tablets was 0.979~1.000 by similarity calculation.Specificity,integrity,durability is good;the RSD values of relative retention time and relative peak area of common peaks in precision,repeatability and stability tests were all less than 3.0%.This study found that this method was simple,accurate and reproducible,which provided a scientific basis for the comprehensive quality control of six-flavor clove tablets.
