摘要
目的:采用超高效液相色谱法方法建立复方五指柑胶囊UPLC指纹图谱。方法:Luna Omega C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.6 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液,流速0.3 mL·min−1,检测波长254 nm,柱温25˚C;结果:建立了复方五指柑胶囊UPLC指纹图谱,通过相似度分析软件确定了10个色谱峰为复方五指柑胶囊的特征峰,其相似度结果均在0.99以上;结论:分析方法稳定可靠,为复方五指柑胶囊的质量控制提供依据。Objective: To establish UPLC fingerprint of compound Wuzhigan Capsules. Fluid Extract method by ultra-performance liquid chromatography. Methods: C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.6 μm) column, mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution, flow rate of 0.3 mL·min−1, and the detection wavelength of 254 nm, and column temperature of 25˚C. Results: The UPLC fingerprint of compound Wuzhigan capsule was established. Ten chromatographic peaks were identified as characteristic peaks of compound Wuzhigan capsule by similarity analysis software, and the similarity results were all above 0.99. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, which provides a basis for the quality control of compound Wuzhigan capsules.
