摘要
西方人文管理学强调在企业管理活动中尊重和提升人的尊严与价值,追求组织和个人的共同成长与福祉。它倡导一种更加人性化、伦理化和全面化的管理方式,以应对传统西方主流管理学的局限性。中国人文管理学是研究管理的“中国人文价值”、“中国人文价值与工具价值之间的关系”以及“中国人文价值与管理的具体目标、过程之间的相互作用”的管理学科分支。“商以载道”是中国人文管理学的基础与核心。在将中国人文与现代管理相结合、并与西方人文管理思想互鉴的基础上,中国人文管理学将对中国管理学术与实践产生较大影响。
Western humanistic management emphasizes the respect for and enhancement of human dig⁃nity and value in corporate management activities,pursuing the common growth and well-being of organizations and individuals.It advocates a more humane,ethical,and holistic approach to manage⁃ment to address the limitations of traditional mainstream Western management studies.Chinese hu⁃manistic management is a branch of management science that investigates the"Chinese humanistic val⁃ues,"the relationship between"Chinese humanistic values and instrumental values,"and the interplay between"Chinese humanistic values and specific management goals and processes."The concept of"business as a vehicle for morality"is the foundation and core of Chinese humanistic management.By integrating Chinese humanistic values with modern management practices and engaging in mutual learning with Western humanistic management ideas,Chinese humanistic management is poised to have a significant impact on Chinese management academia and practice.
