摘要
当代管理研究面临的诸多困境和人性论研究的不足有密切的关系。重新审视人性论的相关研究对于构建中国自己的管理理论具有重要意义。在梳理中西方人性论相关研究的基础上,我们构建了一个由本性、生性和习性等三个层次的动态人性模型。该人性模型结合心理学的一些研究成果,可以解决很多人性论的争议。我们认为该人性论模型是构建中国管理理论的一个很好的切入点和重要基础,因此,可以称之为中国管理人性论模型。
Many difficulties faced by contemporary management research are closely related to the defi⁃ciencies in the study of the theory of human nature.Re⁃examining the relevant research on the theory of human nature is of great significance for constructing China's own management theory.On the basis of sorting out the relevant research on the theory of human nature in China and the West,we have con⁃structed a dynamic human nature model with three levels,namely,original nature,inborn nature and acquired nature.Combined with some research results in psychology,this human nature model can re⁃solve many disputes over the theory of human nature.We believe that this human nature model is an excellent entry point and an important foundation for constructing China's management theory.There⁃fore,it can be called the Chinese Management Theory of Human Nature Model.
