摘要
通过分析管理活动的结构化行为要素的奠基关系,认为管理活动原初地是一种价值行为,并本在地朝向先天价值秩序。奠基于组织价值层次的管理价值行为在应然领域中必然指向最高价值——神圣性价值。通过"道""德""无为"在传统经典中的含义,结合组织价值层次,论证了"合于道"的无为而治管理在组织中的可实现性。
By analyzing the foundational relationship of the structured behavior elements of management activities,it is considered that management activities are originally towards the order of Apriori value.Based on the order of organizational values,management behaviors are inevitably towards the divine value,the highest value in the field of Sollen.Furthermore,the feasibility of WUwei management demonstrated by harmony with Tao in an organization is verified through the meaning of Tao,DE,and WUwei in the traditional classic,combined with the order of the organization values.
