摘要
东方管理学是扎根于中华文化,融合东西方管理精华的当代管理新理论。经30余年的探索,已形成了独具特色的体系结构。在简要概述东方管理学体系形成的3个阶段的基础上,阐述了东方管理理论的渊源,以及“以人为本、以德为先、人为为人”的精髓,并详尽地介绍了东方管理学的体系框架——学、为、治、行、和。
Oriental Management theory, which is rooted in Chinese culture and is merged with the essences of Chinese and western managements, is a new and modern management one. This theory has developed its own special system, since 1970s. The origin and the essence of Oriental Management were expounded after tree phases during which Oriental Management developed were reviewed. The framework of Oriental Management, consisting of ‘learning ’, ‘behavior ’) ‘governing ’,‘action' and‘harmony’) , was introduced.
