3个不同地区油菜菌核病菌对4种杀菌剂的敏感性研究

Sensitivity of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on oilseed rape from three different regions of China to four fungicides

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法测定了采自湖北、安徽和江苏3个不同地区共146株油菜菌核病菌对多菌灵、菌核净、腐霉利、啶酰菌胺的敏感性。结果表明,共有6株病菌对多菌灵产生了抗性,占4.1%,多菌灵对其余140株敏感菌株的EC_(50)为0.0194~0.3447μg/mL,最大值是最小值的17.77倍;菌核净和腐霉利对146株油菜菌核病菌的EC_(50)分别为0.0525~0.5786μg/mL和0.0555~0.3741μg/mL,最大值是最小值11.02倍和6.74倍,未检测到对这2种药剂敏感性下降的菌株;啶酰菌胺对146株油菜菌核病菌的EC_(50)为0.0011~0.2108μg/mL,最大值是最小值的191.64倍,出现了敏感性下降的病菌亚群体,但整体敏感性仍然较高;3个地区之间的油菜菌核病菌对同一药剂的敏感性未表现出明显差异。 The sensitivity of 146 Sclerotinia sclerotiorum isolates on oilseed rape collected from three different regions,including Hubei,Anhui,and Jiangsu,to carbendazim,dimetachlone,procymidone,and boscalid were tested in the laboratory using the radial mycelial growth method.The results showed that six isolates developed resistance to carbendazim,accounting for 4.1%of the total.The EC_(50)values of carbendazim for the remaining 140 sensitive isolates ranged from 0.0194 to 0.3447μg/mL,with the maximum value being 17.77 times the minimum.The EC_(50)values of dimetachlone and procymidone against 146 isolates ranged from 0.0525 to 0.5786μg/mL and 0.0555 to 0.3741μg/mL,respectively,with maximum values being 11.02 times and 6.74 times the minimum values.No isolates with decreased sensitivity to these two fungicides were detected.The EC_(50)values of boscalid ranged from 0.0011 to 0.2108μg/mL,with the maximum value being 191.64 times the minimum.A subpopulation with decreased sensitivity to boscalid was identified,but overall sensitivity remained relatively high.There were no significant differences in the sensitivity of S.sclerotiorum to the same fungicide among isolates from the three regions.
