核盘菌对几种杀菌剂的敏感性研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了选择防治菌核病的有效药刑,采用FAO推荐的菌落直径法研究了常用杀菌剂对核盘菌敏感性的差异。结果表明:山西五寨菌株WZ2对腐霉利、多菌灵、菌核净、福美双、乙霉威、乙烯菌核利高度敏感(EC50在0.1170~4.9654μg·mL^-1之间);对异菌脲中度敏感(EC50为5.0690μg·ml^-1);对代森锰锌和百菌清最不敏感(EC50为20.7600,32.1076μg·mL^-1)。内蒙古菌株NM15和NM17均对腐霉利、多菌灵、菌核净、福美双、乙烯菌核利高度敏感(EC50在0.0640~3.0590μg·mL^-1);对乙霉威、异菌脲中度敏感(EC50为7.3307~13.8234μg·ml^-1之间);对代森锰锌最不敏感(EC50分别为37.6453,42.3030μg·mL^-1)。另外,菌株NMl5对百菌清高度敏感(EC50为2.1048μg·mL^-1),而NM17则对百菌清中度敏感(EC50为11.7779μg·mL^-1)。并且这三个菌株对腐霉利、百菌清的敏感性差异较大,而对其他药剂的敏感性差异不大。 To select effective fungicides to control Sclerotinia disease caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorium. The sensitivity of the pathogen to nine fungicides was tested by the method of FAO. The results showed that the strain of S. sclerotiorium from Wuzai was highly sensitive to procymidne, carbendazim, dimethachlon, thiram, diethofencarb and vinclozolin (EC50 0. 1170 -4. 9654 μg·mL^-1 ), middle sensitive to iprodione, (EC50 5. 0690 μg·mL^-1 ), the lowest sensitive to mancozeb, chlorothalonil (EC50 20.7600, 32.176 μg·mL^-1 ) . The two strains of NM15 and NM17, were highly sensitive to procymidne, carbendazim, dimethachlon, thiram and vinclozolin (EC50 value 0. 0640-3. 0590μg·mL^-1), middle sensitive to diethofencarb and iprodione, (EC50 value 7.3307-13. 823 4 μg·mL^-1 ).the lowest sensitive to mancozeb (EC50 37. 645 2, 42.3030μg·mL^-1) . The strain of NM,5 was highly sensitive to chlorothalonil (EC50 2. 1048 μg·mL^-1 ), but middle sensitive to chlorothalonil (ECho 11. 7779 μg·mL^-1 ) . And the three strains had higher sensitivity difference to procymidne, chlorothalonil, but lower sensitivity difference to the two others.
