防控羊肚菌腐病病原木霉菌的复配药剂筛选 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]分离纯化并鉴定引起羊肚菌Morchella spp.腐病的致病菌,筛选出对其具有较好防治作用的复配农药。[方法]采用组织分离法分离纯化并鉴定羊肚菌腐病的致病菌,采用菌丝生长速率法测定24种农药单剂及4种复配剂在不同配比下对其的生物活性,筛选出联合作用最好的复配组合及比例,并在此基础上进行大田试验。[结果]从羊肚菌患病组织中分离纯化出致病菌木霉菌,通过药剂筛选发现90%多菌灵WG与0.3%四霉素AS以6∶1的比例复配时对其表现出增效作用,增效系数SR为1.83,大田试验防效为72.73%。[结论]多菌灵和四霉素联合复配使用为生产上防控羊肚菌腐病提供了绿色科学的有效策略。 [Aims]The aim of this study is to isolate,purify and identify the pathogen causing rot disease of Morchella spp.,and screen fungicidal compositions with good control effect on it.[Methods]The pathogenic fungus of Morchella spp.rot was isolated,purified and identified by tissue isolation method.The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the biological activities of 24 pesticides and 4 pesticide combinations under different ratios against the pathogen,to screen out the combinations and ratios with the best combined effects,and to carry out field tests on this basis.[Results]The pathogenic fungus Trichoderma spp.was isolated and purified from the diseased tissues of Morchella spp.,and combinition of carbendazim 90%WG and tetramycin 0.3%AS in the ratio of 6:1 exhibited synergistic effect,with the synergistic coefficient(SR)of 1.83 and the field control efficacy of 72.73%.[Conclusions]The joint use of carbendazim and tetramycin provides a green,scientific and effective strategy for the prevention and control of Morchella spp.rot in production.
