摘要
从国家与社会关系视角来看,S市D区的国家数字乡村试点工作通过数字化转型促使乡村治理的信息传递、决策模式、运行方式发生多重革新,实现对乡村治理“接点”主体、“接点”空间与“接点”资源的再造,进而推动国家与乡村社会间的联结方式从间接转向直接,联结路径从单向线性转向双向互动,联结逻辑从模糊性转向清晰化。在实践中,需要格外重视数字化转型对乡村治理“接点”的塑造及其所产生的国家与社会关系适应性调整,并基于数字化转型情境中乡村治理“接点”主体、“接点”空间与“接点”资源的新样态,进一步优化数字乡村建设路径。
Based on a field survey on the national digital village pilot work in District D of City S from the perspective of the relationship between the state and the society,it is found that digital transformation promotes multiple innovations in the information transmission,decision-making modes and operation modes of rural governance,and realized the reconstruction of the contact subject,space and resources of rural governance.This further promotes the connection between the state and the rural society from“indirect”to“direct”ways,the connection path from“one-way linear”to“two-way interaction”,and the connection logic from“fuzziness”to“clarity”.Therefore,the state needs to pay special attention to the mechanism of digital transformation reshaping rural governance contacts and the resulting adaptive adjustment of the relationship between the state and the society,and further optimize the path of digital village construction based on the new pattern of rural governance contact subjects,spaces and resources of rural governance in the context of digital transformation.
