摘要
本文基于价值共创视角,采用多案例研究方法,从价值识别与多主体参与、资源整合、多主体互动、目标实现与多主体价值增值四个维度对乡村精英主导农村科技创新过程进行了探讨和分析。研究表明:为了满足新兴市场对高品质农产品的需求,乡村精英联合村民、地方政府、农业科研院所等拥有关键操作性资源的利益相关群体进行联合技术攻关,并通过资源整合实现了农村科技创新的目的。可以说,以技术进步为特征的农村科技创新实践为农村产业结构升级、乡村产业振兴提供了一个可资借鉴的模型框架。
Based on the perspective of value co creation,this paper makes an in-depth discussion and Analysis on the rural scientific and technological innovation process led by rural elites from the four dimensions of value identification and multi-agent participation,resource integration,multi-agent interaction,goal realization and multi-agent value-added.The research shows that in order to meet the demand for high-quality agricultural products in emerging markets,rural elites cooperate with villagers,local governments,scientific research institutes and other stakeholders with key operational resources to jointly tackle key technical problems,and realize the purpose of rural scientific and technological innovation through resource integration.It can be said that the practice of rural scientific and technological innovation characterized by technological progress provides a model framework for the upgrading of rural industrial structure and the revitalization of rural industry.
