摘要
推动国家治理和社会发展更好相适应,既是马克思主义国家与社会关系观与中国具体实际相结合的创造性转化、创新性发展,也是中国共产党治国理政经验的科学总结与凝练。在实践中,当代中国主要围绕国家治理的制度完善和社会发展的动态变化、国家治理的价值导向和社会发展的本质要求、国家治理的能力提升和社会发展的现实需要等方面推动了二者相适应,但仍存在一些问题尚待解决。应重点围绕良性制度生态构建、人民主体性彰显、善治格局打造,推动国家治理与社会发展更好相适应,以进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化,为世界现代化发展贡献中国智慧、中国方案。
Promoting the synergistic adaptation between national governance and social development represents both a creative transformation and innovative development of Marxist perspectives on state-society relations in the Chinese context,as well as a scientific synthesis of the Chinese Communist Party’s governance experience.In practice,contemporary China has advanced their alignment through institutional re-calibration in governance and responsiveness to dynamic societal changes,value-oriented governance aligned with the intrinsic demands of social development and capacity-building in governance to address practical societal needs.However,challenges remain unresolved,demanding future efforts should prioritize constructing a sound institutional ecosystem that gives premium to the people’s principal role,fostering a framework of good governance.These measures will deepen comprehensive reforms,advance Chinese modernization and deliver China’s wisdom for and solutions to global modernization.
