摘要
食品添加剂作为现代食品工业技术发展的重要成果,其科学合理的应用对提升食品品质具有显著作用。随着我国经济社会的快速发展和居民消费水平的不断提高,食品添加剂在餐饮行业中的应用范围日益扩大。本文系统分析了当前餐饮行业中食品添加剂的使用现状,深入探讨了其中存在的主要问题,并据此提出了相应的管理对策建议,以期为促进餐饮行业的规范化、健康化发展提供理论参考和实践指导。
As an important achievement of the technological development of modern food industry,the scientific and reasonable application of food additives has a significant effect on improving food quality.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the continuous improvement of residents’consumption level,the application scope of food additives in the catering industry is expanding day by day.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of the use of food additives in the catering industry,discusses the main problems in depth,and puts forward corresponding management countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the standardized and healthy development of the catering industry.
