摘要
要获得理想的味觉效果,必须在先进的调味理论指导下,选择适宜的原料,采用合理的配比,本文对复合调味品的成分进行了简要分析并对其调配原理作了尝试性的论述。
In order to obtain ideal taste effect ,we should select fitting material and adopt reasona- ble proportioning under the direction of advanced seasoning theories. This article makes a brief analysis on the components of compound condiment and summarizes the principle of distribution.
