摘要
甘肃省餐饮服务单位食品添加剂使用情况并不乐观,相关法律法规和标准不够完善,从业人员的整体素质不高,食品添加剂使用管理制度存在缺陷等问题有待解决。为了改善餐饮环节食品添加剂的使用现状,就需要针对其存在的问题采取一定的措施。
The use of food additives in catering service units in Gansu Province is not optimistic,the relevant laws,regulations and standards are not perfect,the overall quality of employees is not high,and the defects in the management system of food additives use need to be solved.In order to improve the use of food additives in the catering sector,it is necessary to take some measures to solve the existing problems.
