摘要
人工智能的广泛应用为高校思政课教师的专业发展带来全新机遇,在增强高校思政课教师教学实效、培养智慧型高校思政课教师、促进高校思政课教师专业成长等方面展现出独特价值。然而,在人工智能为教师专业发展赋能的同时,高校思政课教师也面临着角色替代、角色定位、角色提升以及角色认同等现实困境。为有效应对和解决人工智能时代高校思政课教师面临的角色困境,适应高校思政课数字化、智能化教学要求,需要强化主体价值,确保高校思政课教师的主导地位;把握人工智能发展态势,提升高校思政课教师的角色适应能力;通过内外联动加强思政课教师智能素养培训;深化师生间的情感联结,增强对高校思政课教师的价值认同。
The extensive application of Artificial Intelligence(AI)has offered brand-new opportunities of the professional development for the teachers of ideological and political education at colleges and universities,demonstrating unique value in terms of enhancing their teaching effectiveness,shaping their smart teaching intelligence,and promoting their professional teacher development.However,while AI empowers their professional growth,teachers of ideological and political education at colleges and universities are facing the realistic dilemmas of role substitution,role positioning,role enhancement,and role identification.To effectively respond to and solve the role dilemmas encountered by the teachers of ideological and political education in the age of AI and adapt to the digitalized and smart teaching requirements of ideological and political education at colleges and universities,it is imperative for the universities and colleges to strengthen the value of main body and ensure the dominant position of teachers of ideological and political education;to grasp the development trend of AI and to enhance the role adaptability of teachers of ideological and political education;to strengthen the training of intellectual literacy for the teachers of ideological and political education through internal and external collaboration;to deepen the affectional connection between teachers and students and enhance the value recognition of the teachers of ideological and political education at colleges and universities.
