摘要
目的：建立卡氏肺孢子虫小鼠动物模型。方法：昆明小鼠１６只，每次皮下注射醋酸可的松１～２ｍｇ，每周２次，诱发小鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎模型。结果：用药５周肺印片即可检出卡氏肺孢子虫包囊，８周后大部分小鼠可检出，总检出率为６８．７５％。姬氏染色肺印片可查见成熟包囊、未成熟包囊，形态典型，是显示肺印片中包囊的可靠方法。ＧＭＳ染色是显示肺组织石蜡切片中包囊的可靠方法。
Objective:To develop the mice animal model of Pneumocystis carinii.Methods:Sixteen Kunming Mice underwent subcutaneous injection of cortisone acetate twice per week,1～2 mg each time so that mice model of pneumocystis carinii pneumonia(PCP) was induced.Results:After 5-week administration of the drug,the cysts of pneumocystis carinii could be found in the pulmonary impression.8 weeks later,such cysts could be detected in most mice,the total detectable rate being 68.75%.From the pulmonary impression by Giemsa's stain is a reliable method with which to show the cysts in the pulmonary impression.Gomori-Grocott's methenamine silver(GMS) stain is a reliable method with which to show the cysts in the paraffin section of lung tissue.Conclusion:Mice might be the ideal animal for the production of animal model of pneumocystis carinii.
