摘要
目的 研究树舌多糖抗小鼠HepA瘤细胞的可能机制。方法 采用免疫组化方法研究树舌多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达影响。结果 树舌多糖作用后 ,小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16基因表达显著增强 (P <0 0 1) ,Rb基因表达增强 (P<0 0 5 ) ;小鼠HepA瘤细胞TNF -α表达显著增强 (P<0 0 1)。结论 树舌多糖对小鼠HepA瘤细胞P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达有激活作用。对抑癌基因P16、Rb基因及TNF -α表达的激活可能是树舌多糖抗肿瘤的普遍机制之一。
Objective: This article studied applanatum pat polysaccharide effecting on expressions of mouse HepA tumor cell P16、Rb gene and TNF-α, further illustrated the antitumor function of polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide. Results: The findings indicated expression of mouse HepA tumor cell P16 gene increased obviously (P<0.01) ,expression of mouse HepA tumor cell Rb gene increased(P<0.05) and expression of mouse HepA tumor cell TNF-α increased obviously (P<0.01). Conclusion: applanatum pat polysaccharide had actived on mouse HepA tumor cell P16,Rb gene and TNF-α.
