摘要
本试验证实,由单细胞真菌(啤酒酵母菌)制备的多糖制剂,可以明显提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和增强B淋巴细胞转化为浆细胞的能力,是一种理想的天然免疫增强剂。
In this paper, a comparative study immune enhancement of the monocelled Fungi polysac-charide (MFPS) from Saccharomyces cerevisiae and levamisole (LMS). The results showed that MFPS is an immune enhancer, it enhanced both macrqphage activity and B lymphocyte activity of mice.
