摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进在疾控中心微生物检验中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2023年8月宜都市疾病预防控制中心的10名微生物实验室工作人员作为研究对象。于2021年7月—2022年7月实施常规管理模式,为常规组。于2022年8月—2023年8月实施持续质量改进管理,为研究组。对比管理前后标本规范采集达标率、人员应对突发公共卫生事件能力、管理满意度情况。结果研究组样品采集合格率、医院用品表面微生物达标率、工作人员手卫生检验达标率、应对突发公共卫生事件能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组满意度为100.00%(10/10),高于常规组的80.00%(8/10),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疾控中心微生物检验中实施持续质量改进管理能够有效提高管理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in microbiological testing of disease control centers and its impact on management quality.Methods Ten microbiology laboratory staff from Yidu City Center for Disease Control and Prevention from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The routine management mode was implemented from July 2021 to July 2022,as routine group.The continuous quality improvement management was implemented from August 2022 to August 2023,as the research group.Compared the standardized specimen collection compliance rate,personnel ability to respond to public health emergencies,and management satisfaction before and after management.Results The sample collection pass rate,the microbiological compliance rate of hospital supplies surface,the staff hand hygiene test compliance rate and the ability to respond to public health emergencies scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Satisfaction of the study group 100.00%(10/10)was higher than 80.00%(8/10)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of continuous quality improvement management in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention microbiology testing can effectively improve the quality of management.
