摘要
本文以基层疾病预防控制中心实验室质量管理为切入点,分析疾病预防控制中心实验室管理的重要性,并指出目前存在人员配置不合理、培训和素质不足,设备和仪器的更新与维护不及时,质量管理体系不健全等的问题与挑战,提出合理配置人员、加强人员培训和素质提升,定期维护和更新设备与仪器,建立运行有效的质量管理体系等建议。通过本文的探讨为基层疾控中心实验室提供改进质量管理的参考与指导,助力提高实验室的质量水平和服务能力。
This paper takes the laboratory quality management of grassroots disease prevention and control centers as the entry point,analyzes the importance of laboratory management in disease prevention and control centers,and points out the problems and challenges that currently exist,such as unreasonable personnel allocation,insufficient training and quality,untimely update and maintenance of equipment and instruments,and an incomplete quality management system.Put forward suggestions such as rationally allocating personnel,strengthening personnel training and quality improvement,regularly maintaining and updating equipment and instruments,and establishing an effective quality management system in operation.Through the discussion in this article,it provides references and guidance for improving the quality management of laboratories in grassroots disease control centers,and helps to enhance the quality level and service capacity of laboratories.
