摘要
微生物实验室在疾病防控体系中占据关键地位,其检测结果直接影响防控策略的制订。本文分析了人员、仪器设备、环境、样本、检测方法与标准等因素对实验室质量控制的影响,指出专业技能水平、设备性能与精度、实验室布局、样本采集与保存、检测方法选择的合理性等方面存在的问题。为解决以上问题,本研究提出了建立严格的人员管理与培训机制、完善仪器设备管理维护体系、优化实验室环境、规范样本管理流程、科学选择和更新检测方法与标准等措施。这些措施的实施有助于提升实验室质量控制水平,为疾病防控提供有力支撑。
Microbiological laboratories play a key role in the disease prevention and control system,and their test re-sults directly affect the formulation of prevention and control strategies.This paper analyzes the influence of person-nel,equipment,environment,samples,detection methods and standards on laboratory quality control,and points out the problems in professional skills,equipment performance and accuracy,laboratory layout,sample collection and preservation,and rationality of detection method selection.In order to solve above problems,this study proposed to es-tablish a strict personnel management and training mechanism,improve the equipment management and maintenance system,optimize the laboratory environment,standardize the sample management process,and scientifically select and update the detection methods and standards.The implementation of these measures will help to improve the level of laboratory quality control and provide strong support for disease prevention and control.
