摘要
目的分析疾病预防控制机构微生物检验工作中采用传统管理措施、质量控制与管理措施的效果。方法选取郯城县疾病预防控制中心的13名工作人员为研究对象,在2023年1—6月采用传统管理措施(对照组);在2023年7—12月采用质量控制与管理措施(观察组),比较两组工作人员基本操作能力、对管理模式的满意度。结果观察组基本操作能力评分包括检验技术(94.56±1.36)分、设备维护(94.83±1.05)分、结果判定(95.05±1.03)分、样本保存(94.32±1.45)分、突发情况应对(95.05±1.00)分,均高于对照组的(90.05±2.45)分、(90.03±0.89)分、(90.12±0.78)分、(90.11±0.45)分、(90.11±1.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.803、12.573、13.758、9.998、11.863,P均<0.05)。观察组对管理模式的满意度为100.00%(13/13),高于对照组的61.54%(8/13)。结论疾病预防控制机构微生物检验中,实施有效的质量控制与管理措施能够增强工作人员基本操作能力,提高管理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional management measures,quality control and management measures in microbial inspection work of disease prevention and control institutions.Methods Thirteen staff members of Tancheng County Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the research objects,and the traditional management measures(control group)were adopted from January to June 2023.From July to December 2023,the quality control and management measures(observation group)were adopted.Compared the basic operation ability and satisfaction with the management mode of the two groups of staff.Results The basic operation ability scores of the observation group,including inspection technology,equipment maintenance,result determination,sample preservation,and emergency response,were 94.56±1.36,94.83±1.05,95.05±1.03,94.32±1.45,and 95.05±1.00,which were higher than 90.05±2.45,90.03±0.89,90.12±0.78,90.11±0.45,90.11±1.12 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.803,12.573,13.758,9.998,11.863,all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the management mode was 100.00%(13/13),which was higher than 61.54%(8/13)of the control group.Conclu⁃sion In the microbiological examination of disease prevention and control institutions,the implementation of effective quality control and management measures can enhance the basic operation ability of staff and improve management satisfaction.
