摘要
构建新型城镇化和低碳交通评价体系,借助耦合协调模型、空间自相关分析、空间计量模型研究分析了两者耦合协调水平的时空演变特征及其驱动因素。结果显示:(1)2010—2019年新型城镇化与低碳交通耦合协调水平呈现日益递增的良好态势,但依然整体处于过渡发展区间,协调水平相对较低,且存在明显的空间分异特征,逐渐形成了以东部为轴带、向内陆扩散的“川”字梯度分布格局。(2)各地区新型城镇化与低碳交通耦合协调发展存在明显的空间正相关性,且呈现出高、低水平集聚趋于东、西两级分布的空间特征。(3)空间结构、公共交通、科技创新、信息数字化和政府干预对两者的耦合协调发展具有明显催化作用。
Based on constructing the evaluation index system of new urbanization and low-carbon transportation,this article studied the spatial and temporal evolution of coupling coordination and its driving factors using the coupled coordination model,spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial econometric model.Results show that:(1)The coupling coordination between the new urbanization and low-carbon transportation appears an increasingly good momentum during 2010-2019,but it is still located in the transition development interval,while the coordination level is relatively low.There exits an obvious spatial differentiation,which gradually forms a gradient distribution pattern of"Jj"type that the degree of coupling coordination degree is spreading to inland regions along the eastern axis.(2)There is an obvious positive spatial correlation between the coupling and coordinated development of new urbanization and low-carbon transportation,showing a spatial characteristic that the high and low agglomeration areas are distributed in the east and west respectively.(3)Spatial structure,public transportation,technological innovation,information digitization and government intervention have obvious catalytic effects on the coupling and coordinated development of new urbanization and low-carbon transportation.
