摘要
标准化对落实碳达峰碳中和行动具有引领、推动和助力作用。本研究对云南省生态环境、节能和能效、新能源和可再生能源以及温室气体管理等其他领域碳达峰碳中和标准化现状进行梳理,分析了云南省碳达峰碳中和标准制修订中存在的主要问题,提出了可操作性强的措施建议,并在此基础上提出“十四五”期间云南省碳达峰碳中和标准化工作的重点方向,为云南省各级各部门以及各行业深入推进碳达峰碳中和标准化工作提供参考依据。
Standardization plays a leading and facilitating role in the implementation of carbon peak and carbon neutrality action.This paper introduces the current situation of the standardization work in the field of ecological environment,energy saving and energy effi ciency,new and renewable energy,and other fi elds such as greenhouse gas management in Yunnan province.It then analyzes the main problems existing in the development and revision of local standards for carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and gives the operable measures.On this basis,it presents the key directions for the standardization work of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in Yunnan province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,which provides the decision-making reference for all departments at all levels and industries in Yunnan province to further promote the standardization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
