黑木耳栽培种质遗传多样性分析 被引量:2

Genetic diversity analysis of Auricularia heimuer cultivated germ plasm

摘要 对12个引进的黑木耳菌株开展基础生物学特性赋值法、酯酶同工酶、RAPD和ISSR试验,结合UPGMA聚类法综合分析黑木耳种质资源的遗传多样性。分析结果显示黑木耳栽培种质具有丰富的遗传多样性,4种方法聚类结果基本一致,综合分析发现菌株聚为4个主要类群,第一类群为吉林省菌株,第二类为绝大部分吉林省菌株和部分黑龙江菌株,第三类为吉林省菌株,第四类为黑龙江省菌株。表明来自同一区域的菌株相似度高,同一机构的菌株相似度更高,有些菌株间有同物异名现象。该研究能为食用菌品种审定、遗传育种以及种质资源多样性保护等提供理论支撑。 The basic biological characteristics assignment method,esterase isozyme,RAPD and ISSR tests were carried out on 12 introduced Auricularia heimuer strains,and the genetic diversity of Auricularia heimuer germ plasm resources was comprehensively analyzed by UPGMA clustering method.The results showed that the cultivated germ plasm of Auricularia auricula had rich genetic diversity,and the clustering results of the four methods were basically the same.Comprehensive analysis showed that the strains were clustered into four groups.The first group was the strains from Jilin Province,the second group was mostly the strains from Jilin Province and some strains from Heilongjiang Province,the third group was the strains from Jilin Province,and the fourth group was the strains from Heilongjiang Province.The results showed that the strains from the same region had high similarity,the strains from the same institution had even higher similarity,and some strains had synonyms.This study can provide theoretical support for variety certification,genetic breeding and diversity protection of edible fungi.
