摘要
利用文献计量学和可视化分析,对2003年至2023年菌糠研究领域相关文献进行全面、系统的评估,归纳研究热点和趋势变化,为未来菌糠资源化研究提供参考。研究数据来源于中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)和中国引文数据库-知网版(CCD),以发表年份、国家、机构、被引频次、核心作者及关键词等作为参考指标,通过文献计量学方法进行分析。2003年至2023年菌糠研究领域国内总发文量4113篇,国外总发文量944篇,且发文量呈近直线上升趋势,全球菌糠研究发文最多的国家为中国;国内机构、作者间合作频率均高于国外,国内高被引文献发表年份早于国外;研究趋势由菌糠直接利用转向菌糠深加工;研究热点主要集中在产业化食用菌的菌糠资源化研究。国内外未来研究重点在菌糠开发生物炭和肥料等方向,各研究机构与人员间应加强跨学科合作。
The formal,systematic and comprehensive assessment of literature published from 2003 to 2023 about spent mushroom substrate(SMS)was conducted by bibliometrics and visual analysis.The research hotspots and trends were summarized to provide reference for future research direction of SMS resource utilization.The research data was collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)and Chinese Citation Database-CNKI Edition(CCD).The year of publication,country,institution,citation frequency,core authors and keywords are used as reference indicators.Bibliometrics method was used for analysis.Literature published from 2003 to 2023 about SMS was 4113 in China,and 944 was abroad.The number of published literature showed a nearly linear upward trend,and China was the country with the largest number of published literature.The frequency of cooperation between institutions and authors in China was higher than that of foreign countries.The publication year of highly cited literature in China was earlier than that in foreign countries.Deep processing of SMS has been becoming new research trend instead of SMS direct utilization.The resource utilization of SMS from industrial edible fungi has been becoming research hotspot.The development of biochar and fertilizer become research emphasis around the world.Interdisciplinary cooperation among research institutions and personnel should be strengthened.
