摘要
岗位胜任能力是医生这一职业的岗位特征,同时也是评估医生岗位表现的基础。岗位胜任力是医师培训的基本价值导向,同时也反映了住院医师规范化培训的有效性。而基于岗位胜任力的培训,就是旨在通过实践使参训人员能够胜任住院医师的临床工作。文章的研究以岗位胜任能力相关理论为基础,阐述了胜任力内涵、心内科住院医师胜任力模型理论,通过对心内科住院医师岗位胜任力因素的分析,提出了基于岗位胜任力的心内科住院医师培养优化策略,在心内科住院医生的标准化培训下,需要强化医患沟通能力、注重高尚医德的培养、改革培训教学方案、提升自我管理能力,以此来提升新形势下高素质心内科医师队伍的高质量发展,加强心内科住院医师的岗位胜任能力。
Post competence is the job feature of the doctor profession,and it is also the basis for evaluating the doctor’s job performance.Post competence is the basic value orientation of physician training,and it also reflects the effectiveness of standardized physician training.The training based on job competence aims to enable trainees to be qualified for the clinical work of resident physicians through practice.The research in this paper is based on the relevant theories of post competence,expounds the connotation of competency and the theory of the competency model of cardiology residents.Through the analysis of cardiology residents'post competence factors,it proposes a cardiology hospitalization based on the post competence.Physician training and optimization strategies.Under the standardized training of cardiology residents,it is necessary to strengthen doctor-patient communication skills,pay attention to the cultivation of high medical ethics,reform training teaching programs,and improve self-management capabilities to enhance the team of high-quality cardiologists under the new situation The high-quality development of the cardiology resident strengthens the competency of the cardiology resident.
