摘要
目的:对卫生技术人员继续医学教育现状进行分析,探讨当前继续教育培训中存在的问题及不足,提出解决对策,以期提升卫生专业技术人员的综合素质。方法:文章采用网络调查的方式,自行设计问卷,随机选取公立三甲中医医院的146名卫生专业技术人员进行调查。结果:各类卫生专业技术人员均有参加继续医学教育的需求,中初级卫生技术人员占多数,且多为本科及以上学历;继续医学教育培训的内容基本上都是和卫生技术人员自身实践相关的,都是为了提升自身专业技术水平。结论:通过增强认知,加强对继续教育的重视与支持;注重培养实践能力、科研能力;及时更新、动态调整培训内容;“因地制宜”地供给个性化培养方案;整合资源,共享数据等来加强继续医学教育。
Objective:To analyze the current situation of continuing medical education for health technicians,explore the problems and deficiencies in current continuing education and training,and propose solutions to improve the comprehensive quality of health professionals.Method:The article used an online survey to design a questionnaire and randomly selected 146 health professionals from public tertiary traditional Chinese medicine hospitals for the survey.Result:There is a demand for various types of health professionals to participate in continuing medical education,with the majority being intermediate and junior level health technicians,and most of them have a bachelor's degree or above;The content of continuing medical education and training is basically related to the practical experience of health technicians,and is aimed at improving their professional and technical level.Conclusion:By enhancing cognition and strengthening the emphasis and support for continuing education;Emphasize the cultivation of practical and scientific research abilities;Timely update and dynamically adjust training content;Provide personalized training programs tailored to local conditions;Integrate resources,share data,etc.to strengthen continuing medical education.
