摘要
目的探索多元化教学方法在放疗科住院医师规范化培训中的应用成效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在山东第二医科大学附属医院放疗科进行住院医师规范化培训的60名学员为研究对象,按教学方式不同分为两组,各30名。对照组采用传统授课式教学,观察组传统教学基础上采用多元化教学模式。对比两组理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩、教学满意度。结果观察组理论考试成绩为(88.5±4.2)分,操作考核成绩为(92.3±3.8)分,均优于对照组的(81.2±5.1)分、(85.6±4.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.185、6.352,P均<0.05)。观察组在各维度(教学内容、教学方式、师资水平、理论联系实际、临床实践指导)的满意度评分及总体满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在放疗科住院医师规范化培训中实施多元化教学模式,可有效提升学员理论知识素养与临床实践技能,提高学员对教学的满意度,值得应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified teaching methods in standardized training of resi-dents in radiotherapy department.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,sixty trainees who received stan-dardized training for residents in the Department of Radiotherapy,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,thirty in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted diversified teaching mode on the basis of traditional teaching.The theoretical test scores,operation test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination and operation ex-amination in the observation group were 88.5±4.2 and 92.3±3.8 respectively,which were better than 81.2±5.1 and 85.6±4.5 in the control group.the differences were statistically significant(t=6.185,6.352,both P<0.05).The satisfac-tion scores and overall satisfaction scores of each dimension(teaching content,teaching methods,teacher level,theory CHINA HEALTH INDUSTRY with practice,clinical practice guidance)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of diversified teaching mode in the resident training of radiotherapy department can effectively improve students'theoretical knowledge literacy and clinical practice skills,and improve students'satisfaction with teaching,which is worthy of application.
