摘要
住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的主要形式。在康复医师规范化培养中,以岗位胜任力为导向,探索改进培养目标、教学管理、教学方法、教学模式、规范考核方法,推行6+3多模块教学、阶梯式教学,完善考核制度等教学措施,构建规范化、实用性强的康复医学住院医师培训体系。
The standardized training of resident doctors is the main form of medical education after graduation.The standardization training of rehabilitation doctors was guided by job competence,and was explored from the aspects,such as training target,teaching management,teaching method,teaching mode,and examination means.In this study,we adhered to the tutor responsibility system,and horizontal multimodule and vertical step-by-step teaching modes,made study plans according to local conditions,and improved the assessment system,so as to build a standardized and practical training system for rehabilitation residents.
