摘要
目的探讨自制三黄散联合湿润烧伤膏在重症患者Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月景德镇市中医医院收治的60例重症Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与研究组(30例)。对照组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,研究组采用自制三黄散联合湿润烧伤膏治疗。两组患者的治疗时间均为1个月。比较两组的疮面缩小率、疮面愈合时间、疼痛程度、炎症指标水平以及治疗总有效率。结果研究组患者的疮面缩小率高于对照组,疮面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-6、IL-8以及hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且研究组患者的IL-6、IL-8以及hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮患者接受自制三黄散联合湿润烧伤膏治疗可改善患者的压疮程度,调节疼痛程度及炎症指标因子,促进患者疮面恢复,提高患者治疗效果,临床价值明显。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Self-Made Sanhuang Powder combined with moisture exposed burn ointment in patients with severe stageⅢ-Ⅳpressure ulcer.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe stageⅢ-Ⅳpressure ulcer treated in Jingdezhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with moisture exposed burn ointment,and the study group was treated with self-made Sanhuang Powder combined with moisture exposed burn ointment.The treatment time of both groups was 1 month.The sore surface reduction rate,wound surface healing time,pain degree,inflammatory index level and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The reduction rate of the sore surface in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the healing time of the sore surface in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of patients in the study group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with severe stageⅢ-Ⅳpressure ulcers with self-made Sanhuang Powder combined with moisture exposed burn ointment can improve the degree of pressure ulcers,adjust the degree of pain and inflammatory indicators,promote the recovery of the sore surface,and improve the treatment effect of patients.It has obvious clinical value.
