摘要
目的:探讨负压封闭引流联合湿润烧伤膏序贯治疗压疮的临床效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年9月收治压疮患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组开展负压封闭引流治疗;研究组开展负压封闭引流联合湿润烧伤膏序贯治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及生活质量。结果:治疗4周后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗4周后的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对压疮患者开展负压封闭引流联合湿润烧伤膏序贯治疗,有助于提升疗效,促进患者生活质量的改善。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with moist exposed burn ointment in sequential treatment of pressure ulcer.Methods:From April 2019 to September 2020,82 patients with pressure ulcer were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with negative pressure sealing drainage.The study group carried out sequential treatment of negative pressure sealing drainage combined with moist exposed burn ointment.We compared the clinical efficacy and quality of life between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the scores of quality of life after 4 weeks of treatment were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sequential treatment of pressure ulcer patients with negative pressure sealing drainage combined with moist exposed burn ointment is helpful to improve the curative effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
