摘要
目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏联合红外线照射治疗养老机构长期卧床的老年Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮患者的临床疗效。方法 52例长期卧床的老年Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组26例。对照组采用常规基础治疗、日常护理及外敷湿润烧伤膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合红外线照射治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及压疮面愈合时间。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%(24/26),高于对照组的69.23%(18/26),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组压疮面愈合时间(27.55±8.34)d明显短于对照组的(36.85±11.45)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用湿润烧伤膏联合红外线照射治疗养老机构长期卧床的老年Ⅱ~Ⅳ期压疮患者的疗效显著,可缩短压疮面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of moist burn ointment combined with infrared radiation on stageⅡ-Ⅳpressure ulcers in long-term bedridden elderly patients in nursing institutions.Methods 52 long-term bedridden elderly patients with stageⅡ-Ⅳpressure ulcers were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional basic treatment,daily care and external application of moist burn ointment,and the observation group was treated with infrared irradiation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and healing time of pressure ulcer surface were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.31%(24/26),which was higher than 69.23%(18/26)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of pressure ulcer surface was(27.55±8.34)d in the observation group,which was significantly shorter than(36.85±11.45)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of moist burn cream combined with infrared irradiation for the treatment of stageⅡ-Ⅳpressure ulcers in long-term bedridden elderly patients in nursing institutions has a significant effect,which can shorten the healing time of pressure ulcer surface,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
